ROV Inspection Services
Remotely operated vehicle inspection of submerged and inaccessible assets.
For critical infrastructure—from reservoir valves and bridge piers to industrial cooling systems—relying on guesswork is not an option. Trenchix delivers Tier 1 ROV Inspection Services , providing precise, real-time data on the condition of your submerged assets without the safety risks or operational downtime associated with commercial diving.
We replace the “human in the water” with advanced Subsea ROV technology, allowing us to inspect hazardous, confined, or deep-water environments that are otherwise inaccessible.
Traditional subsea inspection methods, heavily reliant on commercial divers, face significant challenges that can impact your budget, timeline, and safety record.
Inherent Safety Risks: Putting personnel into hazardous, low-visibility, confined, or deep-water environments always carries risk.
Costly Downtime: Assets like water storage tanks, reservoirs, or cooling intakes often must be drained or taken offline, halting your operations and resulting in significant lost revenue.
Operational Limits: Divers are limited by depth, water temperature, currents, and bottom time, restricting the scope and duration of any inspection.

Reports, drawings and video delivered fast enough to keep your programme moving.
How it works
From enquiry to evidence
Scope & mobilise
We agree the survey extent from your drawings or a site walkover, produce RAMS and book access — usually within days.
Capture on site
Certified engineers deploy HD crawler, push-rod or entry teams as the asset demands, working around live operations.
Code & interpret
Footage is coded to WRc standards and reviewed by senior engineers who interpret what the defects mean for your programme.
Report & recommend
You receive the coded report, drawings, video and costed recommendations — ready for design, commercial or adoption submissions.
Who it’s for

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
How much does a commercial drainage survey cost?
Pricing depends on the length and accessibility of the network, but we quote fixed prices from clear scoping information — no day-rate surprises. Send us drawings or a site address and we'll return a fixed quotation, usually within one working day.
What standard are your reports produced to?
All condition surveys are coded to WRc standards (OS19x/OS20x) by certified engineers. Reports include defect coding, photographs, full video and clear engineering recommendations your design or commercial team can act on.
Can you survey live or trafficked assets?
Yes. Our teams are confined-space certified and experienced in working under permits on live infrastructure, including rail possessions, highways and operational commercial sites.
How quickly will we receive the report?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from completion on site, with same-week delivery available for programme-critical work. Video and raw data can be shared on the day.
Do you survey for Section 104 sewer adoption?
Yes. We regularly support Section 102/104 adoption surveys with WRc-coded reporting and drawings formatted for water company submission requirements.
What camera systems do you use?
HD crawler cameras for main lines and push-rod systems for laterals, all calibrated and operated by certified engineers.
